Scooter Almost Causes Head-On Collision
Dashcam driver is startled by an oncoming yellow scooter careening into and across his lane. What happened here? Did this guy fall asleep while driving his scooter? If you pause it just right, it does look like his eyes are closed.
He wasn’t wearing a helmet either. Was it an attempted suicide?
