Tanker Truck Crash Causes Massive Fireball Explosion
This Michael-Bay-looking crash occurred in Pickering, Ontario (eastbound Highway 401 at Brock Road) in June of 2023. Tragically, this accident claimed the lives of two people.
Dashcam video shows a fuel tanker (hauling two trailers of “highly flammable fuel”) drifting into the center highway divider, striking a light pole, and sparking a massive fireball. Police say the driver of the tanker as well as the driver of a transport truck were both pronounced dead at the scene.
