They don’t take driver’s ed classes down here, they make up their own rules and, according to one cop, who told me this, the chances of the idjit who pulls out in front of you getting a ticket solely depends on who he/she knows in town that has any sort of power. Now, doesn’t that make you feel all safe and snug?
